This website is owned and operated by Praxis (registered at 15, Rajat Apartments, Mount Pleasant Road, Malabar Hill, Mumbai 400006) trading as "Praxis" (or “we” or “us” or “our”). By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Website terms and conditions of use, Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), as well as any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. In addition, when you make an enquiry or order any products or services through this website, you will do so subject to the terms and conditions on this page, as set out in our online customer terms & conditions, subject to all our other website conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be notified to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them.
However, if you do not or cannot accept our website conditions in totality and without modification, you must stop using our website immediately.
We may revise and update our website conditions at any time and your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. While Praxis aims to ensure that the information on this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologize. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
By indicating user's acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Praxis will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
SHIPPING &
RETURNS
Shipping is not applicable for business. Receipts and acknowledgements for tickets purchased for Praxis events will be shared over email only.
Payments for ticketed events can take up to a week to process. Refunds may be initiated by contacting us at hello.praxisarts@gmail.com . While we process such refunds within 3-5 days, it may take up to 7-10 working days (and sometimes more) for your financial institution to credit the amount back to your account.
Praxis reserves the right to deny refunds for tickets purchased and any decisions taken by the event organiser and Praxis will be final and binding in this regard. If you find that you have been issued fake tickets not authorized by us, then you may be a victim of fraud, for which you may consider filing appropriate police complaints/first information report at the nearest police station having jurisdiction over the area of your residence. We bear no responsibility or liability, under any law or circumstances, for such frauds committed by unauthorized third parties.

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site promotions. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, date of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. To modify your e-mail subscriptions or completely opt-out of receiving Ware Innovations e-mails please let us know by emailing us at hello.praxisarts@gmail.com and simply ask us to remove your company, name or account from our email list. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
